Although it might be tempting to implement a “no pets” policy (especially if you recently installed new carpet in that aforementioned fixer-upper), we don’t advise turning away prospective tenants with pets. We do, however, advocate for requiring a pet deposit of $500 to $750 per animal. Win win!
