If you’re anything like us, there’s only one thing on your mind when you wake up in the morning: food. Oh, and coffee. Once we’re fed and caffeinated, we’re ready to take on anything the Breckenridge real estate market throws our way.
While most mornings call for a grab-and-go situation – drive-thru coffee included – there are those rare days when we have an extra hour to graze on a veggie omelet or a fluffy stack of French toast. If we’re feeling fancy, we might even treat ourselves to a special latte. When this happens, we like to hit up one of our favorite breakfast spots in Breckenridge. But with so many fantastic eateries in town, it can be tough to decide where to go!
Whether you’re looking for a quick donut or a more filling meal, you can’t go wrong with one of these gourmet breakfast spots in Breckenridge.
Breckfast N Bread
100 S Park Ave
With a warm and inviting ambience, Breckfast N Bread is the place to go for a cozy morning meal in Breckenridge. The homemade banana bread is not to be missed! Best of all, you can sit outside and listen to the river trickle by as you enjoy your coffee.
Park & Main
520 S Main St
Can you say “gluten-free pancakes?” Park & Main can, and they make a pretty delicious stack, too! This Breckenridge eatery offers hearty, filling meals that’ll fuel your day on the slopes. Tip: The breakfast burritos are to die for.
Crepes a la Cart
307 S Main St
Whether you choose a sweet or savory variety, the crepes at Crepes a la Cart make a delicious pre-ski meal. In fact, they’re so good it’s hard to choose a favorite. Locals love the Crepe Benedict as well as the B.E.S.T. Crepe (bacon and egg with spinach and tomatoes).
215 S Main St
Though a terrific breakfast spot all year round, a morning spent at The Crown is a truly a treat in the winter. There’s nothing better than ordering a latte and a pastry and settling in with a good book next to the fireplace!
222 S Main St
Skip the line at Starbucks and head across the street to Cabin Coffee for the best Cup of Joe in town. Not into coffee? No to worry – their hot chocolate is amazing, too. On the food front, the Cabin offers a breakfast burrito, bagel sandwiches and muffins.
